The trees with their energies, the animals with their spirits, and the animal powers as spirit power. We are in this flow of life together on this planet. So to say that phrase, it's also acknowledging it as a truth. And it does something consciously, unconsciously, to the field itself.

So I say all that and all that are just words. And my intention is to try to guide you through a process where those words can activate something in you, and you can feel it. And it hits something you knew that orients you in relation to those words and that concept."
